Exchange
Artstick will offer an exchange for any items that are not completely satisfactory. Artstick does not offer refunds or accept returns on any product or custom project. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the date of receipt (14 days for extra UE shipping). Goods must be returned in perfect, unopened condition in original shipping box. Please contact us at halloartstick@gmail.com for return authorization.

Sorry, Artstick offers no shipping and handling credit on returned merchandise. Please note, all custom orders are final and may not be exchanged.

Shipping
Artstick will ship worldwide. We do not accept shipping addresses that are post office boxes. We will email you a confirmation when your package ships.
